The process of the album

The album, i started processing it since year 2000...and its been 8 years and finally I've done a soft launch of probably just a quarter of what supposed to be in the album. which in this point i realize how difficult is it to do it on your own to achieve what you want.

This is were i started writing my songs.....

I've written the lyrics. arranged, programed, sang and financed every single track in my album which cost me so much emotion, tears, sweat, money all for songs of my own for others to listen and feel what i feel inside. its all worth it. i basically lived for this. I've dreamed about this since i was a kid at 11 years old when i held my first guitar.

now i have over 50 compositions of my own which I'm very proud to be inventor of. i truly enjoy watching people smiling and enjoy the songs that i create, thou not all the time i get what i expect to be the response from people...but its most important that i follow whats deep down inside of me and write the songs which i most love to do.

i wish to have everyone to have a piece of the album because my songs range from, pop, rock, reggae, r&b, ballad, ethnic, Gothic, trance to hip hop. People sometimes ask me if I'm confuse, but my reply was "i love music..and i love all types of music...." so i write all types of songs to suite every taste of my life. shall i call my genre "andverse" as in "Andrew + universal" ? perhaps perhaps...

I did my commercial photography just lately this year when I'm more confident that the album will be completed anytime soon. The photographs were more than what i expected as in the quality. Many commented...some liked it..some don't, but there are more images coming soon to suite all my type of genre of songs. so guys...wait up for more updates....



I'll be designing my own cloths for myself soon. and also will start with my own line of cloths too. I'm not doing it for any money if most think i am. i do what i do simply because i love doing it. i love writing songs, directing movies and videos, photography, designing, and decorating...in fact there are many more which i love to do...but its not in my agenda anytime soon.

ill be directing my own video clips soon...hope to complete it by November or December 2008 this year. so you guys out there who wants to come join the team..do drop me a mail on what you can contribute.

my life has been up and down, left and right all the time. I've been in the entertainment industry almost 6 years now organizing events for other artist and companies. My life has been hectic almost everyday which leaves me to wonder if i left out on anything...that's where i start to think of all my love ones in my life. without realizing it my father is hitting 60 years old this year.

i thank god and the universe for all it has given me up till today and future. my life has full of bumps and windings...but with all gods grace, friends and family, i went trough it well. its all written down in my song called "walking star". all of you should also be a walking star. it explains on how life is sometimes difficult but it can be overcome when we put our mind to it. We are all stars...we are all special in our way. Love yourself...and everything else around you will love you too.
